Impackt is a package delivery system designed to allow family members and friends the opportunity to send affordable packages to their loved one's while eliminating the introduction of contraband i.e. drugs, glass, money etc. into the institution.

What is the weight limit for the packages?

Quarterly packages may weigh up to 450 oz.
 
How many packages can I send?
One package can be placed once every monthly quarter. Jan-Mar (1st Qtr) , Apr-Jun (2nd Qtr) , July-Sep (3rd Qtr) , and Oct-Dec (4th Qtr).
 
What is the deadline for placing an order?
All packages being ordered must be placed and paid for 10 business prior to the end of the quarter to qualify as that quarter's package.
 
Why can't I put sizes in for shoes or clothing?
In order to be more accurate we confirm sizes and colors over the phone when we call for verification.
 
Why wasn't my credit card charged?
At this time, we do not process credit cards online. When you fill out the contact information, we call back to get a verbal verification and the card information. We do this to help protect you from credit card fraud.
